AMR Material Handling Robots Enable Flexible Audio Manufacturing
Data de publicação
High-Mix Production Demands Flexible Logistics
Audio electronics manufacturing is characterized by parallel models, small batches, and highly sensitive production rhythms. From amplifier boards to final assembly, frequent material movement is essential to maintaining balanced production lines.
In a Shenzhen-based audio electronics factory, increased capacity exposed weaknesses in manual cart and forklift delivery. Frequent trips, diverse materials, and dense workspaces made consistent, safe delivery increasingly difficult.
Top-Lift AMR Robots for Point-to-Point Delivery
The factory deployed Reeman AMR material handling robots from the Spaceship series with a 300 kg payload and top-lift capability. The robots lift racks approximately 10 cm, enabling direct transport of standard material racks from the warehouse to production stations.
This rack-to-line delivery model allows materials to move flexibly with production needs, supporting rapid line changes without manual handling.
Safe Navigation in Dynamic Production Areas
Using autonomous navigation, the robots operate without magnetic tape or facility modification. They adapt easily to narrow aisles, flexible workstations, and frequent human movement.
The robots detect and avoid obstacles in real time, ensuring safe and continuous delivery without disrupting ongoing production activities.
Stable Rhythm and Visualized Management
Point-to-point delivery clarifies material flow and reduces waiting time. Robots execute tasks automatically based on production plans, maintaining stable line rhythm across multiple parallel lines.
With automatic charging and long-duration operation, the system supports extended shifts. Managers gain real-time visibility into every delivery task, shifting logistics management from experience-based to data-driven control.
